Here's what I wrote in the foreword of this book, published in 2005 in Ellipses:
"The text analysis remains a fundamental exercise of teaching French. It is called linear explanation or comment compound, followed study or methodical reading, its purpose is essential training for critical thinking, that is to say both:
- analytical skills: the ability to discern the text, to perceive the subtlety of their means of expression, to interpret the speech knowing avoid the pitfalls of language - all things very necessary for citizens who rely on the conscience of their freedom;
- Faculty admiration: art to appreciate art, marvel at the power of a imagination, to enjoy the joy of a style, to measure the authenticity of a message through to recapture the works that precede us the cultural heritage that is we - the risk of stimulating the desire to write because the admiration leads to creation.
is naturally through practice that acquired the intelligence of the explanation, that simultaneously illuminates the text and receives light. And this does not just happen. "
In this manual, so I proposed a quarantine of" keys "to get to the heart of various types of texts that are worth to be explained, and written comments thirty models, including an analysis of page powerfully ironic written by Montesquieu cons "Negro Slavery" ( The Spirit of Laws , XV , 5).
But I just discovered, to my amazement, there are short-sighted critics who take this text to the first degree, and an author of Montesquieu are racist! The excellent record on Montesquieu, in Wikipedia, refers precisely to one of these "interpretations", which is the opposite of any "understanding of the text," and Montesquieu accuses of having been a shareholder of the Compagnie des Indes "(who practiced the slave), which is false.
It seems more serious than this kind of "reading", which aims to be "militant", being part of a general questioning of the Enlightenment and humanism, who are the very basis of "Human Rights ", that is to say anti-racism. Certainly, one can judge the length that was the actual behavior of European countries to the Enlightenment, but provided you do not get the wrong conclusion: if many Europeans have betrayed the Enlightenment, it is their betrayal that must be condemned, not the Enlightenment (in whose name, in fact, we can bring this critical thinking).
All this reinforces my idea that, more than ever, respect for words and their meaning, rigorous analysis, mastering tools to interpret the texts (especially knowledge Figures style) are indispensable to anyone who will face the tyranny of the media-correct, to avoid sinking into imbecility barbaric.
In a world where stupidity is virulent, we need to make intelligent contagious.

Martin Luther King (MLK), an emblematic figure of non-violence.
I urge you to (re) read his famous speech I have a dream today . 40 years after his violent death, Martin Luther King gives a speech yet always present.
The human race is out of the conflict by rejecting revenge, aggression and revenge. The way out is love.
Darkness can not drive out darkness: only light can do. Hate can not drive out hate ; Only love can.

Logitech Usb 350 Headset Review Ps3
If Jesus is the life of an individual (see this thread: Jesus is you ), suppose now that represents humanity, this great body of the Solar System. We're each of us, like a cell of an organ: humanity. Simply, this cell we developed a certain awareness of itself. That is what we call "being a person." And just as Mary carried Jesus, Mother Earth is humanity .
So, what happens to this child of Mother Earth?
we come to Toltec prophecies concerning these times we live, ie the beginning of the Sixth Sun.
- The Sixth Sun that "impulse" an evolution of consciousness
- These developments translate into more room left for intuition
- The "control" of our lives, the world, passing gradually from the brain to the heart.
Note: As always, when I speak of Jesus or Mary, I consider the original Christianity, before the Council of Nicaea and not making resulted in the effect of various human movements.

What Is The Control In Ap Biology Lab 4?
To continue on the message When two infinities meet , here's a quote Zen.
There are no doors inside ourselves. This is an open space, a boundless sky. But know this boundless sky, is to realize the immortal principle of our existence.
This meeting between two infinities is where the light is reflected, infinite universe that is reflected through this infinity, this open space, the boundless sky in us. We might as well say that the universe is infinite reflects what we Sky Unlimited.

Barack Obama is elected. I do not know why it reminds me Anwar Sadat (pictured cons). Not that the two routes are identical or B. Obama will have the same end, just in terms of potential for change, for America and the world. In these times of new Sun, the beginnings of Sixth Sun, this election demonstrates the capacity for change, evolution, The Dream of the Planet. Since Rosa Parks , come a long way in 50 years. Do not believe the birds of ill omen, who, by reading ignorant of the Apocalypse, are predicting disaster. If there is disaster, it will be because we have collectively thought. It is not written in stone, it is the law of cause and effect, the climax of our free will. It is further necessary that free will is not preempted, enslaved, enslaved by our Parasite our old conception of the World, the Old Man in us.
In these times of Sixth Sun Adam is Jesus Christ.
Love has triumphed in the end. For, in fact, I can not send to hate anyone, my nature is doomed to love. It became clear to me that, through a thousand thousand pains and suffering, in cell No. 54. Suffering crystallizes the inner strength of a soul is through her that the man of character can reach the depths of himself and probing the depths of his conscience. It is through suffering that I discovered that I am by nature inclined to do good, and that love is the real motivation behind all my actions. Without love, I can not nothing. Love brought me faith, full trust in me and everything around me. My love of the universe stems from my love of God. As the Creator is my friend, I can not be afraid of men, since he rules over their lives and the whole universe.

How To Wire Alpine Subs
In these times of Sixth Sun, more than ever, the key is our attention. The attention we give to our world, the attention we pay to our judgments, and their origins, causes. Being attentive to our true desires, our desires, our intentions. Not maliciously injected by the desires of society and its attendant formatting: pubs, news filtered pseudo "gurus" ...
Be attentive, without condemnation or justification, activities of the ego - just be careful - that's enough.

How To Make Vezon And Kardas
This prophecy was made by Mary Carroll Nelson "Toltec Prophecies of Don Miguel Ruiz (Jouvence editions). Premonition that describes the current time in terms of changes in this great body of the Earth is humanity. These changes are induced by a "new" Sun, ie by changes in the exchange energy - light - between Sun and Earth. Don Miguel Ruiz summarizes:
Humans know what they are
About climate change, the theory held by the IPCC raises human activity as the main factor is questioned by several scientists, see for example this article on the Sun's influence . In particular, some scientists argue that increased CO2 is a result of warming to the Sun ... and not vice versa.
A facet of this prophecy is that we will wake . Note that this notion of awakening is reflected in the traditions, whatever be their geographical origin. In this vein, Don Miguel Ruiz says:
What we must do is surrender, we surrender to what is happening. What happens happens because it must happen. Our task is to enjoy life more and to express what is within us, to create a new humanity ... We can share our happiness if we are happy. And we can share the love if we first love ourselves ... Our task during this life, is to remove the old dream.
The intention of this site is to connect this prophecy, the vision expressed in Toltec, the characteristics of modern times and especially in our actions these changes.
Women Sitting On My Stomach
I just, for this message, pay tribute to Gandhi . Gandhiji, Bapu ... In these times of
Sixth Sun, its concrete implementation of ahimsa, nonviolence is a sacred reference, a sacred reference. Non-violence is defined as the absence of malice, as a permanent benevolence. After all, we are in an overview of what could be Paradise on Earth.
In this twentieth century, the height of the end of the Age of Pisces, Gandhi was a light while at the same time the world was enslaved by a foolish interference. What is our
wheel today? What is our salt march? If Gandhi was fighting for the independence of his country against the English settler, why we fight today?

13 Dpo And Cervix Soft
This message is inspired by this quote (see below) Don Miguel Ruiz, about what is sometimes called the microcosm (man) and macrocosm (universe). Don Miguel Ruiz believes the human body as a universe as infinite as the universe "outside". This infinite interior mirror of the infinite outside, which is reflected by the fact that we perceive objects, specifically sunlight projected onto these objects. This perception is virtual, like a reflection in a mirror is virtual, not real. The interior is infinite Spirit, whose main attribute is consciousness.
You, as humans, are an infinite . Your body contains a infinite, a world without end. And there is another infinite outside your body. These two infinities occur in your body. That is why we can call assemblage point because this is the place where two realities come together: what is real and what is not. And this is where is the Spirit.
We are a little sun who sees himself. In other words, our body is the mirror (its part ...). The mirror is the encounter between the reality of an object and its reflection. Consciousness, Spirit, is the reflection in the mirror.
This is forgetting what we know, to echo Christian Rosenkreutz in "Chemical Wedding".
The highest knowledge is to know nothing.
- So forget what we (believe) be. What do we see?
- We perceive. We are sensitive, such as a photocell .
- And if we're sinking again in this suit what we know, we measure the whole weight of these beliefs, all the illusion, the relativity of these beliefs that underlie our thoughts, our words, our actions .
Imagine now that the smoke comes between a lighted candle on the table and the reflection. This smoke distorts the reflection of the reality of the flame. We then mirror smoke. "
Imagine you're a piece of the Sun, "descended" on this Earth, and you see yourself as a Sun. The first impulse is then an expression of your gratitude , to Mother Earth, to what surrounds you is just like you: cell of the solar system. Express that gratitude is a very concrete action at this time of the Sixth Sun.
So it's time to stop "putting into words "what you feel. Put into words," name "is classified as someone in a class: it is simplistic. Also, feel what we are, become sensual in the etymological sense: take pleasure to see, hear, touch, smell, taste.

Build A Bmx Bike Virtual
Here is a documentary about the psychedelic:
open to other realities, other worlds.
Born Blonde Instructions
You've probably seen it dozens of times: the secret is to change his way of thinking about the world. In the Toltec way, we're talking about transformation, in particular through agreements . We even say that the world feels without necessarily thinking. Still thinking is a common way to communicate. Change its way of thinking about the world. I would like please, that you take the time to understand:
- change its way of thinking
- the world.
His way
This word could be taken as unimportant, just a word association, I think is fundamental: it states that think the world is shaped , like a sculpture, a work of art . What underlies it is also the specific side, which is unique to you, this shaping. Whence comes our way of thinking about the world? In the Toltec tradition, we talk about domestication, just like home is a dog, a cat or a chimpanzee : By reward and punishment. We are made for donkeys carrots and sticks. In this tradition we are domesticated, we are not free, after childhood, a period in which the domestication shapes our thinking as parents, education ... These events are gradually our belief system. This creates the way we think about the world. He also leads our "I judge" and "me-victim", the whole forming what is called Parasite or Tyrant in the Toltec path. And then, we live in Hell: Hell Planet. Human movement "Catholic Apostolic Church" is right: hell and Paradise exist. They simply exist here and now does not need to breathe to live!
We can already connect these two words: changing the way: the change we've been shaping.
think
Think: conceiving ... Let's just say that we are dealing with the intellectual processes based on the beliefs put into words . Contrary to what we believe, these processes are largely unconscious.
the world I suggest you exercise your beliefs: what difference between the Earth, human society on Earth, the world? What difference between "Nature" and "environment"? What a difference between what is all around you and what you see?
The world is a reflection of the universe in our mind. C'est la Vie, Being (God, Tao, Great Spirit or Great Architect ...) thought in our mind that is a mirror. Here ... thought. In other words, your world is virtual, it is not he exists. As a reflection of a candle in a mirror is virtual, and the world.
Put simply, the world is our way - virtual, illusory - to "see" what really is. This actually raises a related question: can we see Being as it is? In this vein, we can look directly at the sun?
Change how they think the world
It follows that we become aware of several things. First, our way of thinking the world is based on our domestication of beliefs that we have accepted, in a first attention, and have not been analyzed, decided upon by ourselves with all the power of our mind , because of our . In these days of new-age, back to nature, also rehabilitate our right! Let us use our right! How to change his way of thinking about the world?
Back to basics.
- We
- We realize we are not "only"
- We are a half
- The Universe is the other half.
- halves of what?
- In the Spirit manifested
- the meeting point between these two halves.
- Then we create the World.
In the Toltec way, we give the identity of warrior . We speak of the gods of war in the words of Don Miguel Ruiz, the Gods being structuring beliefs that shape the way we think about the world. It is an internal war. It's a war whose objective is to regain your consciousness to create your heaven on earth. Agreements Toltec, mentioned above, are a weapon among many in this war.
May we find ourselves in this Paradise on Earth, here and now.

Hair Like Hannie Dropkick
In these times of change, the question of our security legitimately raises . I think we have a choice between two solutions, one is not exclusive of the other also. Let us remember that the world we live in (we believe live) depends on our beliefs, particularly in terms of direct, deep, what we are.
Have
Having money, a house in the countryside, a rich family, a good government ... In short, the sense of security based on something external.
Be
be How to be safe? That back to what we believe in our vision of life, death. I like the metaphor of a torchbearer during the Olympic Games. The flame is carried from arm to arm. Each such holder participates, anonymously, to great design. Thus, we carry the flame of consciousness. We're kind of light that is reflected itself. The question then letting go: do not believe our identities of "persons". This proposal may be disturbing, so we believe to be a person, so we believe this to be confusion between real and identities imposed by domestication. Especially since the personality is in some so a measure of the value of a person. Such individual has a strong personality, another has no personality ... Look more closely at some conflicts: wars of religion, terrorism, economic warfare ... Originally, the belief in an identity of "person" believers / unbelievers ... Do not believe that we are a person means that the commitment to these identities, these roles will disappear. We're kind of dough, especially in our younger age. The notion of "person" then appears as a result of this modeling. The diversity of cultures, civilizations, is a proof (too) obvious from this: what we believe to be dependent on location and time of our birth. So let us ask the question: who is there in common, shared between me and a being from another culture? What is common, that's life, the momentum that gives heart-warming and so-called love. Be defined as a living being, as consciousness: animated body, soul incarnated ... is a proposal that meets the experiences that we can live that "resistant" to some extent the experience of our lives. At the same time, this proposal avoids the shortcomings of definitions, eventually, distinguish, isolate, separate, rather than one, together.

Cool Signature Quotes
Here is a piece of music, song, Louis Armstrong, you might know: What a Wonderful World!
What beautiful words!
This reminds me of an experience that is disarmingly simple, though difficult to achieve. Just watch the sky, a landscape, as if we landed a desert planet. Without resorting to our knowledge, to our knowledge. It's falling on his knees beauty! We find this beautiful, without explanatory.

When Do You Wear Jockstraps
And if our intention was simply ... to live our lives. I am firmly convinced that contemplation that comes from this beautiful picture applies at all times.
Then the recollection of presence, attention, allows us to express our intent.
Gradually, the "person" disappears, thereby allowing the life, conscience, expression. So, the question of integrity, "word perfect" becomes clear, is simplified. Spontaneity appears true. "True" in that it comes from the heart and not an interference of consciousness. True, then it is joy, enthusiasm, compassion, in simplicity of heart.
In these times of change, what is our purpose? Whether one is rather in the strength and / or accompanying these changes, the question arises: what is my intention when I resist? What is my intention when I accompany the movement?
I would also clarify the term banal my . This my not a person, as defined "ego", it simply represents the cell that we are in this great body of humanity that is as Specific aware that this Being even greater is the Solar System, itself Galactic cell body and thus manifested Universe.
In this vein, imagine that you continue to live, stripped of everything you can "lug" memories limiting. Imagine living like Jesus Christ after his crucifixion could live, that is to say from the moment he no longer had to be Jesus to the world. Feel the freedom that rises in you?
That is what would be our intention at this particular time. Be released, simply alive.

What Does Discharge Look Like Before Period
You certainly know that expression take the time to live .
The time to live ... Feel the moment.
Sitting in silence
Doing nothing Spring comes And the grass grows
of itself. Basho
This non-action is an action. "Sitting quietly." Silence can also be heard as a "no speech". Take the time to live without words. That's what happens sometimes: sounds, colors, shapes that appear, which are not put into words.
Sitting in silence
Doing nothing
"Doing nothing" free speech. It is in relation to the third agreement Toltec . "Do not make assumptions," it does not assume, falsely, that is not suppose ... short. Also in relation to that other agreement Toltec Don Miguel Ruiz: " do not believe me, do not believe, do not believe other . These agreements are very deep, that challenge our perception of life.

Can Chicken Broth Expire?
You've probably read, and even several times!, We are all ... one.
Hmm ...
We can not "get", understand the etymological sense, that if we stick to a vision of "personal" life.
Consider instead the notion of "person" is illusory, artificial. Assume that it is a ... hypothesis. And let's look at a rather different concept: we are living. Is it that you can hear this: "I am the life"?
Do you can hear say "I am the life"?
And if you are the life and the other is life, then you are also the other. In these times of emerging Sixth Sun, we realize little by little inconsistency our old worldview of "us" as a "person". Can you imagine your happiness, your power, if you choose to die to your "me" to be simply life, simply for being. This is no longer "I am John Doe" is "I am". And, ok ..., for convenience, in a theater, you may call "Doe".
I have long sought the "identities" other than my ID card. I'm Toltec child of the Earth and the Sun, this large cell body that is the solar system ... And suffice it to say "I am". Stop
issues.
And marry: life married to Life. Death is complementary to the birth, not life.

Play Pokemon On Macbook
Alongside our lives essentially unconscious, noisy, some "flashes" can be taken to the "hatred" as the desire something else is strong. Yet this desire, the desire that finally appears in the light of consciousness is simply an expression of life in us. Domestication, ie formatting installed during childhood and reinforced throughout life can be so strong that confusion may arise: the strength of this desire to live disturbs drowsiness.
Accept the changes under way is also to accept that rage in the heart, the passion for life.
sometimes Have you done this yourself thinking: why so little movement, life ... in our lives? Why so little wonder, "Oh" to "Ah"? Why this fear of saying, doing?
Being a rabid life is not to be hateful. On the contrary: there is no hatred, just life, ie love.

Big Boobs With Milk Milk
Whatever the light cast by the successive editions of Thoughts of Pascal, no grading will establish the specific plan adopted What would it lead if he could out his "Apology for the Christian religion." But if one ignores this plan, the overall strategy of the author - outlined in the famous Brunschvicg edition - can be little doubt. Pascal's approach is, in fact, starting from the contradictions of human nature, to show that Christianity alone provides an explanation consistent. Here is a brief summary, or rather an overview, at the request of my partner 'Phoenix ingenuous, with a few quotations (followed by their number in the edition Brunschvicg répérage for a more convenient):
■ Step : Pascal describes the misery, or rather the miseries of the human condition, thrown into the cosmos and delivered in itself. Misery of being immersed for no reason in the space-time: "What is man in nature? A nothing in relation to infinity, a unit in respect of nothingness, a mean between nothing and everything. " (Thought 72); " The eternal silence of these infinite spaces frightens me. " (Thought 206). Hence the disproportion makes this universe unintelligible to the human conscience.
But the misery of man is also in deceptive powers which, within itself, render it incapable of knowing the truth
- it The Self-Esteem , which grows to flatter each other and refuse to see as ("The nature of self-esteem and this human self is to love only themselves and consider only self ", 100), hence a lie generalized social ( "The man is then only disguise, falsehood and hypocrisy, and self and against others ", 100, - which shows, if necessary, how "The ego is hateful," 455);
- it IMAGINATION , "This is the dominant part in man, this mistress of error and falsehood, and all the more treacherous than it is not always " (82), so that the wisest are the first victims (" The greatest philosopher of world on a larger board that we should "... not fail to tremble like a coward, 82);
- it CUSTOM , which makes us take our nature of Simple acquired characters, so we no longer know what is our essence.
Also misleading as these faculties, they can not yet we hide "Vanity" of our being and its behavior (see the thought on "Cleopatra's nose" in our previous post) and boredom harrowing days that lead us inexorably to the cemetery ("The Last Act is bloody beautiful as any comedy in everything else: it takes a little earth on the head, and that's forever " , 210). A quick look at social hierarchies and the vanity of political systems are incapable of truth and justice, tells us that we can hardly find our happiness in the organization of the city (" strange justice that a river terminal! Truth on this side of the Pyrenees, error on the ", 294)
What then man? He "entertains. All its businesses, including the most serious, are a vast entertainment, a "diversion" by which he hides his tragic condition, instead of his search for meaning by collecting ("All the misfortune the man has just one thing, which is not knowing how to stay quietly in a room " , 139) And this headlong amplifies his misfortune.
■ Second step. Table precedent could lead to suicide ... except that Pascal has not finished with his readers, he assumes eager truth. After temporarily "desperate", it struck him while another consideration: the man is great! And it's the thought that made it great ( Man is a reed, the weakest of nature, but it is a thinking reed " ). Are we reassured? Not at all, because you have to find consistency this contradiction of our nature: " Man is neither angel nor beast, and the misfortune is that he who wants to play the angel plays the beast " (358; it is both one and the other). The paradox is that it is the consciousness of his misery that the greatness of the human being: "The greatness of man is great in that it knows miserable [...] All of his misery then prove his greatness. These are the miseries of a great lord, miseries of a dispossessed king " (397-398). We are now well advanced. Well, rightly says Pascal, the Christian mystery of the Fall explains This dual nature of man: he was like a king in the garden of Eden, then he was stripped of his kingship by sin. Hence its status deposed king, - a term made famous. What then?
■ Third step. Pascal has hitherto served human reason alone to describe the contradictions of the man (she also will also show the consistency of Christianity). But this point established, we must go beyond reason, because it leads to its own excess: "The last step of reason is to recognize that there are an infinity of things which surpass it, they are only small, if it is not going to know that." (267) accesses are in fact the truth by faith and that faith can only be obtained only with the help of another faculty: the heart . The heart, beyond what the eye sees (perceptual knowledge), beyond what is included in the result (knowledge intelligible), is a sort of third option, a higher intuition made to "capture" the spiritual dimension Our Reality any inhabited the presence of God (cf. Thinking 793, which establishes the existence of "Three Orders"). "It's the heart that feels God, not reason. That is what is that faith, God sensitive heart, not reason. " (278). This is the precise meaning of the famous thought: "The heart has its reasons which reason knows nothing. " (277). But how to get this "faith" is "a gift from God", not "a gift of reasoning"? We must bet ...
■ Fourth step. The argument Pari . In the absence of certainty about the existence of God we can ask that at least a chance that there are many cons N likely does not exist. If you bet that God exists and that it behaves according to the ethical demands of Christianity, it has a chance to gain eternal life (that is to say an infinite number of happy lives). If you bet on the contrary that God does not exist, and that its absence is making the most of earthly sojourn, it has N chances to win a very good life. Comparing the two possibilities, one can see mathematically advantage of the first option, because:
(1 chance) x (infinitely happy lives)> (N opportunities) x (a happy life)
Actually, Pascal offers this bet (which shocked) because it is certain that involvement in religious practice, even if one has not faith, led him to leave the "entertainment" that distracted from the spiritual dimension, and therefore, to " plug "on the" reality "of God, which will only become increasingly sensitive to that which he opens his" heart "(heart who feels God).
Provisional Conclusion: should we seek with groans?
With everything he has "demonstrated", Pascal thinks that a reader of good faith can not remain indifferent or the question of man or the question of God: "I blame equally, and those who take advantage of the rent man, and those who are to blame, and those who take it to entertain, and I can not approve that those who seek with groans. " Another sentence that shocked! We must understand that Pascal does not want you groan, but knows (from experience?) That the search for God is not easy. Its severity can also be qualified by the end of the Thought 194, where he calls those who live in indifference "to feel sorry for themselves, and taking at least a few steps to try if they find no lights. " These few steps will lead them to judge knowingly, to enter into the considerations that will allow the apologist and the superiority of the Christian religion and the prominent role it gives to human beings. "Learn , they said Pascal that man infinitely transcends man, and hear your Master your true condition as you know. Listen to God." ( Thought 434). Needless
Of course, to let his readers "listen" to God, so Pascal is silent. And not to disturb the meditation, I choose to be silent in my turn ...

Master Lock 647d How To
It had to happen: there is a gap in the new edition of the Dictionary portable! There is much reference to "Cleopatra's nose" (in the test pages 702-703), but nowhere in the book the term is explained
... Here I am caught in my own trap, I who, in response to our friend "Phoenix naive," judged essential to know the major cultural expressions (cf. the comments after Presentation 2, where I traced the history of Portable).
"It scandâââle! "Georges Marchais had said, requiring the author's self-criticism in good and due form. Not only because Pascal has built Cleopatra cultural reference, but Goscinny and Uderzo's no shortage of celebrating the "nose" of heroin (in Asterix and Cleopatra ), and I do not speak of the many movies or books that are depicts the Egyptian queen to beauty legendary.
But let's get the facts. In Thought 162 (Brunschvicg edition), Pascal wrote: "Cleopatra's nose: had it been shorter, the whole face of the earth has changed. "He wants to show and causes tiny can have terrible consequences. Because of its beauty, due to a long nose, Cleopatra was indeed successively beloved of Caesar, then Antony. It goes without saying that the history of the Roman Empire would have been very different if, decked out with a shorter nose (- a sign of ugliness at the time!) our Queen had not aroused the enthusiasm of our emperors. This illustrates, according to Pascal, the vanity of love and things of this world.
Since then, alluding to the "Cleopatra's nose" is not just a grown man's vanity is a cultural reference , whose function is precisely to return, beyond of Thoughts Pascal, a broad debate on both philosophical and historical. It would have been a pity to deprive the readers of Portable Dico, hungry for knowledge, this precious phrase. That is partially my oblivion repaired ... pending an upcoming edition!

How Do I Get The Hair Off My Northface
By discovering this blog the word Love as a first illustration of the references in my book, our friend "Phoenix naive" surprised: "I did not know love the program was " he says! Well ... me neither!
In fact, Phoenix is not wrong to wonder, since the coverage of the Portable Dictionary promises readers the key concepts of "program". The good surprise, whether critical or laudatory, is often the first act of thought.
It gives me the opportunity to clarify the relationship between what are the "programs" du Bac, and the other program, so difficult to "prepare", which is called "Life."
When I became a teacher, 68, it was fashionable to oppose the school and life. Some said the courses are designed purely to teach the brain. Others felt that we learn nothing that is not the result of experience, and should therefore "bring life to school" for students to take consciousness - through experimentation - a "knowledge" which pre-existed in them ... Extensive debate! For my part, I would have said we should bring in the school life for everyone to learn to think!
In fact, I soon found that by attending classes, my students do not stripped of their personal lives or their intimate emotions as we leave a bag in the cloakroom. I had to tell them "intellectually" was as much as possible "talk" existentially. Especially when it comes to literature, Ionesco that defines "what prevents people from being indifferent to men." To me, the "program" of the tray, French (basic criticism, cultural heritage, works of "great" writers), was less the "motivated" as the program required only as "condensed culture" that may enrich or prepare for their life experience. As it was my job as a teacher, I just chose a desire to transmit.
But I think this idea hold for all subjects. Tray programs are not an addition of acquired provisional you learn by heart in order to "have his tray," to forget them soon after. They form a set of elements in interaction with each other, they are a global culture to be, first, essential for successful studies that follow the tank, and secondly, essential for living in all dimensions of life: professional as well as civic, relational as well as personal, emotional as well as spiritual. If we could hardly believe his life without living it, we can no more live his life without thinking. Learning the school does not substitute life but they represent, in all areas, gains in human experience that we do not have to repeat every morning. As regards the culture inherited from our society, that is to say that our ancestors passed on their experiences, each of us is like a child's interest to see further or higher, climbing on the shoulders of his father. And this, at any age ...
To return to the original question ("Love Is the program?"), One can notice that it always has been, whether by example in philosophy (see Plato!), Literature (See "Map of Tenderness" Gemstone of the "passion" in Racine, games of love in Marivaux, etc..) Arts or other ... We must believe that the respectable people who have inspired programs wanted to reflect on love teenagers before they do the "live" (or during!), history may be to guard against certain illusions / delusions.
And the student who remarked in 2000 that the word love so lacking in my dictionary was absolutely right. He felt that awareness of the word might help make living reality. He also who inspired me the motto of Portable: "Knowing the words to understand the world".

Ex Officio Robert's Rules
following an initial review followed the "Submission 2" where I trace the history of portable dictionary. Thank you to "Aunties" have sent it to me, and this is as good as I go to his application by giving my definition of the word "Love", which will take a certain place. Here, as found in the dictionary:
1 / Feeling love , full of tender reveries; strong attraction to a person one would like all to itself; intense desire to do that one with the beloved (at any level whatsoever: physical, emotional, moral , spiritual).
2 / But also deep desire well, which may extend to self-sacrifice, in respect of a single being (the child who protects the friend to whom it is dedicated, the the beloved (e) which we want happiness, the brother who raises human compassion) in respect of a community more or less wide (family, City, country), in respect of Humanity (humanism, philanthropy), or a Supreme Being (God's love, or next to the name of God).
These definitions of love intentionally limited (Does it employs no word about anything like: things, animals, practices, performances, etc..) Reveal the complexity of the concept . Saying 'I love you "may as well translate the most selfish desire to possess more than express the sublime devotion, and sometimes in passionate love, both at the same time. What, then, love? The only human love
raises a host of issues that we consider its degrees, its nature or "mystery."
- Its degrees affection, tenderness? physical attraction, ineffable charm? affinities between soulmates? dream of eternal romance, tender happiness that we build, or fatal and destructive passion?
- His nature : captative desire, self-giving? search for love for love, from the heart intermittently until the curiosities of eroticism? desire for the good of another? desire to love one another to love better together? carnal love, spiritual? Platonic love, "stripped of trade effect"? simple offshoot of the "libido" Freud: beloved, fantasies and sexuality?
- His mystery: what does I love you? What do do we in the other : his presence, his being, its future? Whence comes the dizziness of passion? And that other vertigo of compassion to the plight of others? How can join these two mysteries are two people? Love it would be more than physical metaphysics? From
view literary, love is, with the death (and against it), the most fertile sources of inspiration. The fascination with the beauty, the idealization of women, the illumination of the meeting, the ravages of passion as the impulses of romantic fervor, have been recurring themes of poetry, novels, drama, West. Literature sings the full range of states in love, they hatch their tears, using lexical fields or characteristics of metaphors ( emotions, problems, transportation, fire, flame, charm, delight, injury, wound, languor, melancholy, jealousy, oaths, treason, inconstancy, absence, solitude , etc..).
View words Affection Agape, Charity, Charm, Charnel, Compassion, Courtois, Crystallization, Empathy, Eros, Fetish, Languish, Libido, Object (sense 3 and 4), Narcissism, Passion, Platonic, Sublimation .

Guys How To Make Hair Less Poofy
Presentation 2
Dear (s) Visitors (s)
As I said, I continue by presenting the Bachelor of portable dictionary . This is for me explain my approach to tracing the history of the book. This history, I think, will answer a number of questions that came up since its release ... waiting to be asked for further clarification.
book of Genesis . In 1993, to meet the expectations of my students, I formed the project of writing a "portable dictionary." There was then written Tray French, three subjects to choose from. The first was to the "summary" of a text in contemporary general, followed that of " vocabulary questions ", then a discussion. It was also the year the most frequently chosen by candidates.
However, "questions of vocabulary 'anxieties students who told me, but what are the words that we should know? Is there somewhere a list of basic vocabulary that we can be questioned?
Moreover, while training to make summaries under way, and apart from the question of vocabulary, I could see my students come up against many words or expressions that they misunderstood. Prior to the exercise of summary, I had explain / comment on the dozen (or more) of unfamiliar words, which could take twenty minutes. Not to lose this time, it became urgent that my students can have a dictionary in class for easy reference, identifying words that should be known to the baccalaureate level, and which is therefore easily transportable.
The idea of "portable dictionary" was born.
remained to find the book with my students and I needed it.
And as the book did not exist, I told myself that I had to.
It was a work about two years. I had to select the words, expand my project to "word-concepts" and key phrases cultural (see the Preface of the dictionary). The first version appeared last Marabout in mid-1995 under the title chosen in collaboration with my students: portable dictionary of the future bachelor . The word portable I liked even more than its practical side, he was referring to the portable Philosophical Dictionary of Voltaire. And the book had the chance to be crowned in November 1995, for the price "Dumézil" of the French Academy.
Versions successive . All living book suffers the vicissitudes of life. Which are not necessarily negative. As it happens, Marabout editions have abandoned their collections extracurricular end of 1997, I had to find another publisher. It's a small earthquake to a book, which is likely to return to nothingness, even though it has sold more than twenty five thousand copies. But
home watching Hatier (- I had "flown" on the Profile The Argumentative text -). Time to reshape the book, to enrich it without too much load, and it was entitled to a second life in October 1998. For the occasion, it was removed from the title the word "future" (the "future bachelor"), the majority of readers holding the book still very useful for bachelors after the ferry, when they were "in preparation" in "BTS" or "college".
This new publication was obviously a joy for the author, and I could satisfy me. But a dictionary is never "finished." Throughout my readings or requests of my friends, I saw in my book ... all these words missing! I particularly remember the student who once told me: '- Sir, missing a word in your book! - Really? And where? - The word LOVE, sir. "I have answered stupidly," But everyone knows what it is! "Or me out of trouble by a replica easy like," It is a word so loaded with meaning as my dictionary would be more portable ... But here it is: the reader was right, so I introduces this entry in the 2002 edition, also with a hundred other words.
We now six years later. At the request of the editor, who was also mine, we venons d’opérer une refonte du Dictionnaire portatif du Bachelier .
BH

How To Uninstall Thule Base Rack
Dear (s) visitor (s)
Here is the place of open exchange about the "Dictionary of portable Bachelor" editions that publish Hatier in the new version "2008", that I completely revised, updated and enriched ... while ensuring that it remains "portable", that we can bring current or elsewhere, or read quietly in transit.
This place of exchange, I just choose to call "monportatif", since it is both the simplest of "signposts" that can reach, and the book in question is "my" portable at the same time as "yours" ...
It is true that "portable" for me, is much heavier than you, given some 3000 hours of sustained development that I requested for a dozen years, over the editions. Thus the labor of one can relieve the pain of others ...
But enough for today. I will, in the days that follow, a brief history of the book and indicate the spirit in which I designed.
